I want to take a moment to let you know I strongly support Rule NSCC-2021-801 and any rule that eliminates the inexplicable lack of scrutiny which allows hidden dirty/illegal dealings, naked shorting, FTD shares, dark pool trades, ladder attacks, trading to artificially lower the price per share, etc. this is sure to benefit the stock holders and the company's in which are being manipulated in the market.
