To whoever it may concern, The current levels of market manipulation that is still being uncovered in some retail trader groups on Reddit is shocking and horrendous. The US stock market has already lost face and the trust of many investors, and the larger consequences seem to be pointing at much more dire consequences for the US and World economy if allowed to continue. Rule NSCC-2021-801 appears to be a sound step forward to amend the downward spiral and restore some of the trust and security in the market, and should be carried forward with immediate effect.
