Hello, I am submitting this to show my support of filing SR-NSCC-2021-801. I support transparency in the American stock market. Institutions have been allowed to use extraordinary measures to drive the value of stocks down for a long time. The recent rise in naked short selling, failure to delivers, and coordinated shorting of stocks through ETFs has created a decline in the integrity of the stock market. We need to restore the integrity of the market by filing this, making it effective immediately, and exercise all measures to hold institutions accountable for illegal manipulation tactics that bankrupted several businesses and cost investors billions of dollars.
