To whom it may concern, This is a short message. The proposed [aforementioned] companion amendment to “DTC-003” is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions and based on the previous few months, the issues are paramount. Developments on the NYSE and various markets as a whole have impacted the lives of investors across the globe. If market makers, hedge funds, or other financial actors are able to continue their actions, the financial repercussions could cripple the lives of many more. Archegos was a small fish in a big pond of sharks. This is a call for a better controlled, more regulated, and fairer market for all.
