To whom it may concern As an individual investor I am in full support of regulation SR-NSCC-2021-801. I hope the SEC will approve and action it as soon as possible. The hope is that this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on those who recklessly exploit loopholes within the system for personal gain.
