I am a retail investor and owner of "amc" stock, I watched the market be legally manipulated and it hurts as an american to watch our markets be compromised. i have felt powerless to stop it or make any real change. I believe passing this new ruling is a step in the right direction for transparency, as well as , a fair robust market.
