First off, thank you for taking the time to read my comment. I fully support this regulation. There’s a lot of work to be done but I truly believe this will lead to a better path down the road. I can only hope the SEC sees the same path I do. The path of a more free and fair market by increasing liability on tricksters within the system. Nobody should be allowed to exploit the system for personal profit at the expense of others, those that do should be punished. Sincerely, A concerned retail investor
