Hi! I write this email to show my support of this rule. We need to curb risky positioning of hedge funds. This is a good way to prevent it. The way the market is currently operating doesn’t place checks and balances on hedge funds or punish them for making poor choices. There needs to be some sort of balance, we can’t socialize the loss of a hedge funds money, just because of its own poor choices. This is a good ruling. Thank you Taha Qazi A concerned citizen
