Hello, I would strongly urge the passing of any regulation, rule, or penalty that would provide financial stability to our markets. I recall 2008, how this financial disaster touched all parts of the globe. Do we have to repeat our mistakes over and over, can we not learn from our past? Gambling with our global financial system impacts many lives, for the greed of few. Please, do what you must to keep stability in the markets.
