To whom it may concern, I am an individual investor ( retail investor ) who feels this rule ( NSCC-2021-801 ) MUST be implemented due to the clear stock market manipulation taking place daily. This manipulation if left unchecked will leave very LOW confidence in the USA markets and its regulators moving forward.
