To whom it may concern, The proposed [aforementioned] companion amendment to “DTC-003” is a necessary one. It keeps a free and open market, a reality to all willing participants, regardless of financial levels of income who strive for a better life. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions, regardless of their income levels as well. It keeps the American dream alive and within reach for all Americans and those abroad.
