To whom it may concern, I just want to take a moment to let you know I strongly support rule NSCC-2021-801 and any rule that eliminates the inexplicable lack of scrutiny which allows dirty/ illegal dealings, naked shorting, FTD shares, dark pool trades, ladder attacks, and any trading practices that artificially lower the price per share. Thank you in advance for your help in the matter, and protecting the best interests of the American retail investor by levelling this rigged playing field. Cherry Ng
