I am writing today to express my support of filing SR-NSCC-2021-801. I support restoring accountability to the American stock market. Far too long have institutions been allowed to use extraordinary measures and exemptions from rules to drive the value of stocks down, bankrupt viable companies and destroyed thousands of jobs. The recent rise in naked short selling, Failure to Deliver and coordinated shorting of stocks through ETFs has sown the seed of doubt into the integrity of the stock market. Please restore the integrity by invoking this filing to be effective immediately and exercise all measures to hold institutions accountable. Please apply effective penalties and confiscate profits gained from contravening any of the SEC rules. Rules means nothing if profits gained, from illegal activities, far outweigh any possible financial penalty. Ignatius van Zyl
