To whom it may concern, As a retail investor I strongly support implementing NSCC-2021-801. In today's current political and fiscal climate I believe transparency is very important. The American people are losing faith in their government, in their media, and in the financial institutions as a whole. Market makers and hedge fund management have, for decades, manipulated the market to suit their ends at the expense of the American people and retail investors. I believe that the SEC has a long road ahead of them in attempting to right the wrongs that have been allowed to take place, several of which have led to financial crisis affecting many people globally. NSCC-2021-801 along with others that have been passed recently are a step in the right direction to restoring faith and trust in America's financial institutions. I look forward to what the future holds as these new regulations come into effect and to see how you address upcoming concerns by the people. Thank you for your consideration. Bill Hanisch
