I strongly believe in and support the new rule. It lends to a greater degree of accountability and transparency in the US markets. This new rule will allow the DTCC to preform its self regulator functions more effectively which adds to the overall health of the market. Currently, the integrity of the market is being eroded. The common man (retail investor) like me and my wife and kids are losing trust in the legitimacy of market. Thank you. Rafael Maio
