Dear Sec Please pass NSCC-2021-801. The hedge funds need more regulations and transparency. Also really high fines for breaking the rules. In the past hedge funds have not had to follow the rules of the law. The have cheated and continue to manipulate the market against retail investors. They should not be able to hide their short positions. They should not get away with paying fines and continue their illegal activities. Please pass this law. Thank you Melissa Carruth
