I am writing to implore you to pass this bill. This is for the protection of the American Retail investor. The investor that faces numerous odds going against him when he participates in the stock market. The American people propped up the Hedge funds when they sank our country in 2008, we propped them up again during the latest Covid Crisis, what did we get in return but more negative effects for the economy while they line their pockets.
