To whom it may concern im requesting passage of nscc 2021-801 its vital to our economy. To many hedge funds are doing inside sales ,naked shorts and shorting our bond market past they're ability to repay I urge you to take action against these practices and pass the ruling before we have another Lehmann Brothers catastrophe.
