I am an individual retail investor and would like to state my opinion upon the rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. The rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 protects the market from irresponsible investors that may ‘cause harm to the market. Allowing this rule to be passed would keep the market safe and protect every investors.
