To whom it concerns, I am writing today to voice my support of filing NSCC-2021-801. For far too long, America's market makers have been creating a bastion of personal benefit. This cannot continue. Regulations must be put in place to ensure a fair market. The integrity of the American market has long been at fault and we are long overdue for correction. Mitigating risks within the market is invaluable not only for our homegrown investors but the world at large. It's time to step up. I believe NSCC-801 is the first step to the transparency and regulation needed to return pride to the free market. Thank you kindly for your time. Steven Hobbs
