To whom it may concern, I am an individual retail investor, and I would like to express my opinion regarding the proposal for the new SR-NSCC-202-801 rule. I believe that passing this rule will benefit well-deserved retail investors who have invested their hard earned money into the market. Not only will capital gains taxes help pay off national debt and significantly boost the economy, but this rule would also help transform the lives of many ambitious investors who will continue investing in the market. This rule important because it helps hold the short sellers accountable for their abuse. I would like to see this rule passed and implemented as soon as possible.
