I very much approve of SR 801, and think it should come into effect immediately. This would not only protect retail investors from certain market manipulation, it would also protect market makers and banks in regards to high leveraged risky positions. I am a entrepreneur and own 4 businesses, I have never know such criminals as citadel etc to exist and also promoted by your low fines. I think you need to change your rule book so you protect yourselves from the maybe inevitable back lash. From Alastair hatfield
