Dear Sir/Madam, I am a retail investor concerned about what is going on In the market and the potentially disastrous impact it poses. I strongly believe that, if enacted, the newly proposed rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 would serve as as a necessary step toward accountability for those who engage in the short selling/stock borrowing program. Furthermore, I also believe that stronger penalties need to be enacted for non-compliance and violation of this rule.
