SEC, I am writing to you to express my support of filing SR-NSCC-2021-801. I support restoring accountability to the American stock market. Far too long have institutions (principally Hedge Funds) been allowed to use extraordinary measures to drive the value of stocks down. The recent rise in naked short selling, Failure to Deliver and coordinated shorting of stocks through ETFs has sown the seed of doubt into the integrity of the stock market. Please restore the integrity by invoking this filing to be effective immediately and exercise all measures to hold institutions accountable for aggressive and greedy manipulation tactics that bankrupted several legitimate businesses and cost retail investors billions of dollars in losses. Lastly on this ruling, I would like to see stronger penalties enacted for non-compliance and violation of this rule. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Kindly, E.
