Hi, My name is Adam and I’m a retail investor. After going through the new rule proposal SR-NSCC-2021-801, I’d like to express my opinion. I believe this proposal would be a step in the direction of accountability for individuals and entities engaged in short selling/stock borrowing program. The regSGO closeout requirements are well overdue for a change and this SLD change for settlement process from monthly to daily is progress in this regard, in my view. With that said, I hope to see this rule passed and implemented immediately. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. Regards, Adam
