About "SR-NSCC-2021-801" Affiliation: Retail Investor friday, April 9th, 2021 For the consideration of my favorite financial regulatory agency… I am in full support of this regulation "SR-NSCC-2021-801" . I hope the SEC looks upon it as favorably as I do. The hope is that this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. While more should be done, this regulation is a step in the right direction.
