Dear sir or ma'am, I am in full support of regulation [Release No. 34-91347; File No. SR-NSCC-2021-801] I hope the SEC looks upon this as favorably as I do. There needs to be help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. While more should be done, this regulation is a step in the right direction.
