Dear SEC, I hope this rule goes into effect as soon as possible. I have been trading for a little over a year. I found it exciting, I began researching companies daily and investing in companies that I felt can change the world. I began to enjoy empowering companies and believed that I was actually making a difference. I love movies, I chose to invest in AMC when I discovered it was on the verge of bankruptcy. As the stock grew in popularity, I began to realize how naive I was. The constant manipulation of the stock is BLATANT. We all see it. We see the negative news reports- we see the price of the stock drop- we all became very educated on how the system really works in a very short period of time. It's time for a free market. I'd like to feel as though my small investment makes a difference in supporting the companies I believe in. Please pass this ruling. 801 Thanks Aaron
