As an investor who has been affected by the stock market recently, I feel that this rule should be strongly implemented ASAP. The clear Market manipulation that has taken place the past few months has taken its toll on many stocks and investments for a lot of people. The past few weeks have shown clear manipulation. Stop the counterfeiting of our stock market immediately. The entire world is watching this nonsense and losing faith in our stock market by the day. These infinite money glitches must be ended now. The hedge funds are literally creating fake shares to manipulate the stock prices to whatever they need. This is reckless behavior and more than likely will destroy our entire market.
