If this rule is not put in place soon it will send a strong message that main street is not allowed on Wall Street, unless Wall Street needs to be bailed out, AGAIN! The corruption and lack of transparency is completely out of control and the SEC is asleep at the switch. When you read this ask yourself, am I with investors who believe in saving thousands of jobs or am I on the side of investors who want to bankrupt companies and leave their employees out on the street! It makes no difference if you believe in a company and want to invest in them, if the stock goes up a penny, then down a penny nonstop for weeks! It's so manipulated that if this rule is not put in place, what's coming will make Occupy Wall Street look like a pajama party.
