I am in full support of the filing SR-NSCC-2021-801. This will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Not only will this change solve major issues in terms of future management of liquidity risks, but it will be a step in the right direction in terms of everyday retail investors' faith in the transparency of our system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. Again, I am in full support of this regulation and it is a step in the right direction. Alec Sucharda
