I strongly support rule NSCC-2021-801as currently there are to many hidden, dirty, illegal, dark pooling, naked short selling, ladder attacks etc... making the financial world murky for all that want a part of it. Artificial manipulation of stocks in order to drop the prices hurts not only companies but share holders alike. Please fix this issue before it is to late Thanks Leighton
