To Whom it may concern, (I believe this concerns all Americans and international investors) I avidly support the change to supplemental liquidity deposits as shown in file number NSCC-2021-801. Faith in our financial system is in jeopardy; domestically and internationally this is a huge concern. Accountability and transparency are needed, which this rule (if enforced) could accomplish. The manipulation of our markets is blatant and an embarrassment, we cannot allow it to continue. This change is overdue and will allow visibility into Members positions on a regular basis.
