To whom it may concern, The proposed companion amendment to “DTC-003” is absolutely necessary. It not only holds people and institutions accountable for their actions but will help restore faith among the retail investors in the markets. I work very hard to earn a living for my family. We carefully watch our expenditures to ensure there is free income available to invest for our children’s future and our retirement. Recent events have shown stricter rules and regulations are needed. The extra watchful eye is needed to return lost trust.
