As an individual investor, I strongly support the ratification of SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe that this rule will strengthen the oversight that can be provided by the DTCC and/or components of the NSCC. I feel that creating a balanced market is ideal for future investors who want to believe in a fair market value without imbalances.
