This rule is very important if retail investors are ever going to feel like the playing field is level. There is no way companies should be able to be leveraged out so far they could potentially disrupt millions of Americans investments and the economy as a whole. And all in the name of shorting struggling businesses into bankruptcy.  The sec claims to protect investors.  And even goes as far as to clamp down on investors “for their protection” but let hedge funds be completely reckless because A) nothing ever happens when they are. B) the government just bails them out if they mess up. This has to stop. Please pass and I force this rule
