To whom it may concern, The proposed [aamendment to “DTC-003” is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions There has been clear market manipulation every day for stock $AMC. Retail investors have to sit and watch our stocks get reduced lower and lower because big players want to short the stock and pocket the premium.
