Thank you. Market manipulators (more commonly known as hedge funds that do their dirty tricks to short stocks) have been having fun with low risk high reward for far too long. They have bankrupted too many companies in the name of extra profits for themselves. Literally preying on other companies. These guys are the absolute worst. It's rules like this that will help resecure faith in the SEC. Rules like this will help end a rigged game. I hope these hedge funds continue as they are doing. The whole world is watching and we are learning more everyday about the things they do that should be illegal.
