To Whom It May Concern, As an interested retail investor, and the authorized trading party for other retail investors (family), I believe it is deeply important to voice my perspective on NSCC-2021-801. Specifically, I am in full support of these measures and related efforts to ensure increased transparency, efficiency of price discovery, and good faith regulatory compliance by all participating market entities. Good faith price discovery and open access to publicly relevant information are essential to reducing risk among the increasingly democratized retail investment sector.
