Dear SEC representative, As a retail investor, I perceive this rule change to be detrimental to retail investors, as it allows larger entities to violate REG SHO and avoid the consequences that come with making decisions that carry an immense amount of risk. I see this thread on Reddit: You want your tendies? Is 'No Cell, No Sell' more than a slogan? Rule SR-NSCC-2021-010 gravely threatens both. Make your voice heard and comment. MOASS depends on it. : Superstonk (reddit.com) And it makes me have zero faith in the US Stock Market moving forward. If shorts were wrong, they should be pay up when it’s time, not be able to avoid their mistake. Retail doesn’t get that advantage – and the manipulation on GME and AMC is out of control. Thank you
