To Whom It May Concern:

This comment is in regards to Proposed Rule:
SR-NSCC-2021-010

As of 2003, the NSCC reported an average daily FTD amount of $2.9 Billion.

Nothing has changed since then. The de-regulation of the Stock Market was one f the most crooked and corrupt actions that has ever occurred in the United States, as it has negatively affected American Businesses and the global population of humanity ever since, and without consequences for those who practice outright illegal activities repeatedly.

What’s available as public knowledge is outright infuriating, and very little has been done to discourage corrupt and illegal practices.

There has been enough leeway given to Market Participants of the OTCC, NSCC, DTC, and DTCC that these crooks have been given ample time to slowdown, or altogether stop, their illegal practices.

When the punishment for a crime is a SMALL FEE of what was stolen, then the “law” only applies to the lower classes.

If the stock market and their “self-regulatory agencies” cannot play fair with retail investors, then they should no longer have the right to operate in America, or elsewhere for that matter.

The more cheating and fraud that goes on without consequences, and with favors being given to those who have blatantly cheated and stolen from investors, the more you are all quickly becoming obsolete.

I, for one, do not support this proposed rule. If retail investors have to follow the rules, with no additional or extra favors given, then this should apply to ALL market participants.

I will continue to push these matters, and I will support every measure to see the dismantling of the US stock market and corrupt agencies if these crooked measures continue to arise and be supported by parties within the supposed “self-regulatory” agencies.

This isn’t 2008, and more and more people are becoming aware of the dishonest practices that occur daily in the markets.

It’s time to regain some integrity and do the right thing.

Do not support this proposed rule, and hold those who participate in illegal practices accountable.
