Hello I was just wondering what's going on with this rule because it was put on the register for comment on Sept 9th after it was already delayed. Now it's reposted again I'm asking why or what's going on because it's suppose to be voted on tomorrow but in the current pdf there's no dates in it just bracket placeholders. Thank you for clarifying this for me
