The only comment I have is a question. Why would Exhibit 5 of SR-NSCC-2021-008 be entirely redacted?
I thought that the SEC made their rules and regulations and transparent, but 14 pages of entirely redacted information doesnt help me to understand anything any better than I already did.
Can you email me the entire document without redaction?
