I'm going to keep it short and spare you of the emotional side. The Retail investor needs a super hero today. We are fighting for what is right and fighting for the stock market. Passing this Rule will alleviate stress from not only the individuals that participate in the Black pools, but also alleviate this massive overselling we are seeing in the market not prompted by true market movement but yet crooks forcing the price of a company down for their own gain. How many more retail investors must lose their retirements for putting their money into a good company?
I'm asking you to stick to your guns and push 002 into affect. This will provide all the evidence needed to conclude the suspicion of \"Naked Shorting\".
