I believe this rule needs to be passed it is not the American way to target struggling companies through a pandemic. for personal financial gain while bankrupting honest American businesses, forcing thousands of people to loose their jobs that should not be how the market operates..so yes every rule should be implemented for darkpool trading naked short selling. We need change and SEC can do the right thing and tame these selfish money hungry animals.
