Simply stated the retail investor has been treated as a get rich quick scheme by the institutional investment conglomerates. The SEC has been all about protecting these firms and allowing the retail investors to be milked out of billions of dollars. The proposed rule changes will at least help give us \"the people\" a small chance in the currently corrupt stock market.
