To Whom It May Concern,
As an investor after reading SR-NSCC-2021-801 and SR-NSCC-2021-002, I believe that passing SR-NSCC-2021-002 is of extreme importance. What is most important is the actual enforcement of rules, not just SR-NSCC-2021-002 but all securities laws and rules. I am honestly confused why the SEC after only receiving positive comments on SR-NSCC-2021-002 the first time would feel the need to receive additional comments when no reasonable reason was given for the time extension. I urge the SEC after the conclusion of the comment period to act in passing SR-NSCC-2021-002 immediately.
