The commission should not further delay this ruling as it is well over 20 years overdue. I firmly believe the commission is aware of this. The market is broken but the perception currently overall is it is not. Further delaying the accountability needed for our \"fair\" markets may cause irreversible damage to the reputation of what the U.S. market is. Free and fair to all.
