It's pretty obvious that you funneled the working class to invest all our savings (401k's) and not into bank saving accounts so your rich hedge fund buddies can rob the country blind. You keep delaying so your buddies can continue to screw over the American taxpayer and retail investor. 75% of Americans have lost faith in our country's financial market.
