HBAR is the native token of the Hedera network, which stands out due to its unique governing council structure, featuring global enterprises such as Google, IBM, Dell, and Boeing. These organisations ensure strong oversight, transparency, and a high level of integrity within the network. Unlike many other blockchain platforms, Hedera’s technology is built on the hashgraph consensus mechanism, offering high throughput, low fees, and minimal energy usage—qualities that align with modern ESG and financial compliance standards. Approving an HBAR ETF would provide investors with a regulated, secure, and accessible means of gaining exposure to Hedera’s ecosystem. It would also enhance market transparency and price discovery for the HBAR token.
